Jack is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS member with 13 years post-qualification experience.

Andrew brings over 25 years of construction experience, beginning his career as a principal contractor before transitioning to consultancy project management in London. He has developed extensive expertise delivering complex Cat A office refurbishments and fast-paced, high-quality occupied Cat B fit-outs.

Known for his transparent and direct approach, Andrew fosters collaborative environments essential for identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. He ensures teams remain focused by establishing clear roles and responsibilities with all stakeholders from the outset.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS member with 5 years post-qualification experience.
